Steward's Thanksgiving Phenomenal Memory (STPM)

I would like to give glory to God. Walking with Him has transformed my life with countless blessings and even a few small miracles. Many times throughout my destiny there was only one set of footprints, always reminding me to look up. And I'd like to thank my parents for loving me as they do. Growing up isn't easy, and I'm sure there were time when they wondered what spaceship dropped me off! Thank you for seeing me through all the tough times and for all the support and unconditional love- and the conditional love as well. Thank you for having my best interest at hearts always, I know that I am loved! I am lucky to have you both, a fact that becomes clearer to me with each passing year...

To you Dad (Mingat), thanks for being my friend and protector. Even though as a teen I didn't appreciate your telling my dates that they'd "better have my son home on time", I so appreciate that part of your heart that loves me enough to oversee that I am safe in the world. You always be my hero and will always 'go to bat' for you. You have shown me what to look for in a good 'good guy' : integrity. honesty, loyalty, friendship, humor and a great voice! And, Dad thanks for that tone of voice and that look in your eyes when you say "That's my boy!" It's been worth more than you know...

To my Mom (Nawie), who has taught me that value of loving myself and helped me find the courage to forgive the parts of me that I don't accept and helped me come to believe that, in the end, it is the brightness of the light within that counts. There was a time when I didn't want to be like you, and a time when I feared that I wouldn't be. You have helped me 'see' the person I am I hope to become. Thanks for loving me as you do : it shows in everything you do- like giving me this golden opportunity to gain knowledge till STPM. Working together has been so much fun, so full filling and so cherished...

12 Steps Guide To Better Study Habits

1 - Don't touch that remote!!!

The far best way of getting time to do homework (day-time that is), is to clear away any distractions. If your habits are anything like mine used to be, you probably turn on the TV as soon as you come home. If you try not using TV for a few weeks you'll find out that your life is not dependent on the box in the living room (or your bedroom or whatever). The same goes for random internet surfing, the chatroom, facebook etc.
2 - Get more self discipline/get more organized
When you get home from school, do most of your homework at once. Don't let anything else distract you (within reason of course, if your house is on fire or your grandfather is dying from cardiac arrest, you might want to postpone your homework a bit). If you get bored turn on some light music in the background (NO TV/ Radio!). It is important that this music isn't too intrusive. Get some food while you're working (you're probably hungry when you come home from school anyway).
3 - Work out more
Physical training gives you more energy on a long-term basis. Thus, giving you more energy to do your homework. Combine with step.
4 - Eat healthier
For the same reasons as step 3. Hamburgers and candy bars are NOT the ideal food for a creative and working mind.
5 - Go to bed earlier
Nobody feels fresh and ready for a load of homework if they have slept for 6 hours that night. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night, not fewer than 6-7 hours.
6 - Tell your parents about your bad habits.
Make them nag you until you do your homework. This might seem a bit self-destructive, but at least you'd get some support.
7 - Get anti-social
Try not to exercise a social life until you've finished your homework. You'll get plenty of time to socialize, afterwards.
8 - Don't postpone things.
Don't postpone until tomorrow what you might do today etc etc... . You'll probably end up doing it at an inconvenient time anyway.
9 - Divide and conquer
Don't try to swallow it all at once, divide your homework into bearable segments.
10 - Get good grades
The best motivation there is. Ex: My history teacher gave the top grade on my first test. After that I've had to work like ... . to keep it up. Therefore, I have to do my homework.
11 - Choose interesting subjects
If you're studying the right subjects (ie: subjects that interests you), you'll probably be more motivated.
12 - Don't take too many courses or extracurricular activities.
Ex: Right now I ought to be studying for an English test, but instead I'm hopefully helping you. If you've got bad study habits on top of this, it's just not the right thing to do.

I'm selfish, impatient immoral and a little insecure. I makes mistakes. I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell. Don't deserve me at my best. I've made mistakes in my life...
I've let people take advantage of me and I accepted way less than I deserve. But, I've learned from my bad choices and even though there are some things I can never get back and people who will never be sorry. I'll know better next time and I won't settle for anything less than everything..
I don't care if you like me or not..Because it's better to be hated for who you are than love for who you not. Nobody’s perfect even me. I’m happy with what I’ve got. What I have now might be all that I have in my whole lifetime. I’ll never know what I’ve lost ‘til it’s gone that I believe based on experience. I think I’ll always have something or someone for as long as I want to...
What I don’t realize is that if I take them for granted, they just might get sick and tired of waiting for me to come to my senses and just tell them what I should tell them instead of telling them only the things I’ve forced to say. Arghh! what ever I really utterly want to say to them, scream it to their faces. Doing that is better than holding it all inside and letting them just pass me but until I realize that it’s all too late. Regret will conquer me. I’ll never feel more remorseful in my entire lifetime. Sounds awful huh?
The only way I ’ll prevent this from happening in my life is if I start to live life to the fullest and see things in a different perspective. I know, this is all oh-so clinch, but it’s all just so true. I have to keep in mind that life is like a box of chocolates, I ’ll never know what i gonna get. Ha ha... so now, this is more than just cliche, but yet again, this, too, is true..

Life is too unpredictable for me to let things happen just because, every moment in my life that passes by will be a memory I ’ll be wanting to return to in the future. Now, all I can do to go back and relive this memories is to reminisce and try to remember what I felt exactly when that moment happened. How nostalgic...

Sometime , we realize that friend can change our live drastically , so it's change me to , hem , become much better? Hell no, they just make me more wild than before, but I didn't blame on them . . yea ,my bad . .
Well, that is my life. That is reality. That’s just basically how things are. But that just me..and that's all I can be. You can say anything about me, but I am what I am..and that's something you can never be..
